Meet Nick, our Director
Nick has worked officially in the disability and care sector for seven years, with qualifications in childcare and support coordination.
Nick has supported children and adults of all ages, including people with autism, complex and high needs, mental health conditions and physical health conditions. He has also led the planning of group activities and outings, and supported and guided support workers.
His commitment started long before his career. As a child, he helped care for his grandfather, who lived with paralysis for many years. That experience taught him what good support feels like for a person and their family: patience, dignity, and being treated as a whole person.
That combination of professional and personal experience is what Nick built NavAura Care on.

Our support workers
Our workers have a heart for this work. Many have supported people for years, and they bring a deep understanding of different cultures, backgrounds and ways of life.
Our team's qualifications include:
- Certificate III and IV in Individual Support (Disability)
- Nursing qualifications
- Social work qualifications
- First Aid and CPR
Every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check and follows the NDIS Code of Conduct.
