About this support
Support Connection (Support Coordination Level 1) helps participants understand and start using their NDIS plan. We explain the plan, connect participants with providers and community services, and build their confidence to manage supports independently over time.
Participants are always free to choose their providers. Using our support connection service never means you must use our other services.

How we begin
Referral or enquiry
Contact us by phone, email or our referral form. We respond within 24 hours.
Initial meeting
We arrange a meet-and-greet with the participant, their family and the proposed support worker, so everyone is confident in the match before services begin.
Service agreement and support plan
We agree the supports, roster and costs in a clear service agreement, complete any risk assessments, and begin services.

Daily personal activities
Personal care, household tasks and overnight support, delivered with dignity.
