NavAura Care Pty Ltd (ABN 95 693 402 318) respects your privacy. We handle personal and health information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Practice Standards.

What we collect

Names, contact details, NDIS plan information, health and disability information, support needs, emergency contacts, and information you send through our forms or by email.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries and referrals, plan and deliver safe supports, meet our NDIS and legal obligations, and process payments and claims.

Who we share it with

Only people involved in your supports, such as your support coordinator, plan manager or the NDIA, with your consent or where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

How we keep it safe

Information is stored securely and only staff who need it can access it. Website forms are sent to our intake email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing services@navauracare.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
